Each request is forwarded to the authorised contracted institution in the relevant field; the assessment and treatment plan are made by the institution.

Authorised Institutions, Planned Process
We only work with healthcare institutions that hold an international health tourism authorisation and with which we have a written contract. Examination, treatment and all medical decisions rest with the institution’s physicians; we organise the process.
