Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Always Health Travel Sağlık Turizmi Ltd. Şti. processes personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Travel and accommodation	Flight, transfer and hotel details
Transactions	Offers, contracts, invoices and payment records
Health (special category)	Reports, test results and treatment requests you share with us
Website	Necessary cookies, server logs and information you enter in the contact form

3. Purposes: coordinating appointments and the treatment process with the healthcare institution; providing transfer, accommodation and interpreting services; contracts, invoicing and payments; complying with obligations under Turkish health, tourism and tax law (including HealthTürkiye records); handling requests and complaints.

4. Legal bases and collection: Data is collected by phone, WhatsApp, email, the website contact form, documents and in person. Identity, contact and transaction data are processed to conclude and perform the contract, to meet legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f)). Health data is processed only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6; GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)) and only for coordination. We do not collect health data through the website contact form.

5. Recipients and transfers: Data may be shared, as necessary, with our contracted healthcare institutions, accommodation and transfer providers, accountants and legal advisers, and competent authorities. Website and email services may be hosted on servers outside Türkiye. International transfers take place with appropriate safeguards (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Chapter V).

6. Retention: Data is kept for as long as required by law and by the purpose of processing, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time with effect for the future, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye: the Personal Data Protection Board; in the EU: the authority of your country of residence).
